Patient Reviews
Jul 18, 2023
My PCP doctor ordered an EOS for femoral and tibial torsion measurements including bilateral knee rotational angle and this Shapiro totally ignored the referring physician request. I was diagnosed since 2016 with excessive femoral torsion and bilateral tibial external torsion and scoliosis. I did not have osteotomy surgery to correct the spine or lower limbs malformation. The torsion of my lower limbs is visible with naked eyes: when I stand and walk my knee are rotating inward and my feet are oriented outward. The EOS report according to her readings I have absolutely nothing. Stay away and do not trust this person because she has no idea how to read EOS AP and lateral view of lower limbs and you may end up with wrong diagnosis and treatment.

Board Certifications
What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
