Dr. Peterson and "his" staff, and front personnel are very friendly and nice. He's very easy to discuss medical questions with. He answers my questions. Wait time is within 5 minutes of scheduled appt. However, it is very difficult to get an appt. I need to see the Dr every 2 weeks, and I have to book the appts several months in advance in order to be seen. Extremely difficult to call the office. You cannot leave a phone message, as it disconnects. Most times I call for hours then give up. When mentioning this to Dr he just ignores your comment. Dealing with some of the PA's can be very frustrating, especially when the Dr is not in the office. They work for the other Drs in the office and could care less.
