I found Dr. Cheng online and double checked with my insurance to see if he falls under our plan. I'm so glad he did. He is very caring, attentive, and experienced. He breaks everything down to make sure everything is communicated thoroughly. When you're with Dr. Cheng, you don't feel like another patient to check off on his schedule, he actually sits down and hears out all your concerns and as a mom, we always have many. We've been having some ear infections and aches with my 4 year old and he has been an email away to answer any and all of my concerns. His nurse staff is also very kind and patient and provides a warm environment to make doctor visits more comfortable.
