Dr. Kinman was the Absolute Best!!! I was so nervous about all the issues I was having and Dr. Kinman explained everything clear and concise. She put it in detail terms that I could understand. She was compassionate and understanding. Any questions I had Dr. Kinman always took time to answer and never made me feel rushed or that I asked a ridiculous question. I felt at ease going into surgery knowing that I was in great hands. Dr. Kinman explained everything to my husband on what was done in surgery which helped him remain calm. Every office visit had minimal wait time and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Dr. Kinman always greeted me with her wonderful smile every time I saw her. Dr. Kinman and her staff are truly Angels!!!

If I could give Dr. Casey Kinman zero stars, I would. she started off to be fantastic, and compassionate, but later on down the line in my journey of having repeated UTI,s BV or bladder infections for almost 4 years!! Dr. Casey Kinman pretty much put a Band-Aid on what was going on but instead of just saying that she couldn’t figure out what was wrong, because nothing she did worked because the infections kept coming back repeatedly, had nothing to do with me DRINKING COFFEE. I had to find another GYN on my own who diagnosed me in one day!! and when I reached out to tell her What the diagnosis was which was UREAPLASMA-ladies. Please look this up because it is not provided in a normal Pap test panel You have to request it) she stated that they don’t have the equipment to test for that, ok so then my question to her, you are a doctor and you go to school for years! so if you didn’t have the equipment in your office or you felt that you could no longer help me instead of giving me the same medication over and over and over again and you getting paid. It’s called process of elimination, you test for everything! and if you can’t, then that’s when you refer your patient to someone who can test for it. Especially if nothing that you are doing medication wise, therapy wise was not working. How long would you have Let me go on before saying that you couldn’t help me??? Why wouldn’t you refer me to someone else or just pretty much tell me you can’t help me, but again when I told her that I found a Doctor (Dr. Stephen Harris) that diagnosed me in ONE DAY! excellent doctor!! Dr. Kinman showed absolutely no compassion, no empathy, no happiness AT ALL! it’s almost like she was upset with me, that I found a doctor that actually cared and cured me, when I’m the one that has been suffering. I was never rude or disrespectful to her at all. Never did go back and never will refer her to anyone! The least she could have done or said, I’m glad that you found out what was wrong and I did my best, I’m sorry that you had to go through that for so many years, nope none of that , the last time I saw Dr. Kinman she came in very cold, but that’s what’s wrong with SOME of these doctors. You can’t tell them anything and you can’t tell them that they are wrong and that they made a mistake or they could’ve done this, or why couldn’t you have done this, but you want to try to fully blame the patient??you can erase this review because I’m going to copy and paste it right back. Because everything I’m saying here is true! I just read the post you said about me.
