Dr. Cas is attentive and professional, as is his staff. I'm feeling better than I have in some time.

Where to begin... he is a great Functional doctor. But when it comes to primary care if the detox you spent $1000's of dollars on is not working, he will quit on you. My wife went to him for six months. We did everything he said. We did the test that aren't covered by insurance. We bought all the detox pills, again not covered by insurance. We thought to ourselves, you know what, its worth the expense to figure out what is going on. Well, we found out what her stomach could not handle and went to work. She got very sick probably because of the detox so we tried to get a hold of Dr. Santana for help. He's NEVER available, and if by chance, someone answers the phone they will schedule your appointment for you to see him in two weeks or longer. Hopefully, this emergency scheduled appointment isn't close in date to your regular check-up because they will cancel it without telling you. But who cares, he's figuring stuff out. He's putting in the work to help my wife. We will finally have our answers. She was 2 months into the detox and had to stop for a bit because we couldn't afford the pills that she needs to take daily. She has had problem after problem, we have had multiple ER visits, specialist visits, and urgent care visit... never could get in to see her primary, maybe, just once in a blue moon. When we saw him though we received the same answer. It's just the detox... That's all he could say. We are going through this detox with no guidance we try to get answers and he doesn't have what we need. My wife got in to see him yesterday... HE CAME INTO THE ROOM AND LOOKS AT MY WIFE AND SAID WHAT ARE WE DOING HERE?!?! My wife is in pain! physical pain! He says I'm not going to be able to help, you need to find a new primary. He's a quitter! I would never recommend a quitter to anyone. If you need a functional doctor, he's great. If you need a Doctor that will help you in any other way I strongly advise staying away from him.
