Dr. Ikard lacks personal accountability and empathy.She was quick to blame the nurse that took my vitals for noting the wrong pharmacy, then blamed the phone operator for noting the wrong dosage. The rx was finally filled 2 months after the appt.She did not have my MRI (from Jun) during my Aug visit, and did not discuss the results with me during the Jan 2025 visit.Dr. Ikard was confused about the communication problems after I pointed these issues out and said I do not trust her.I told her I struggle separating negative emotions from her bc the last time I came in, a family member died shortly after the appt, to which she said 'I remember.'In the same sentence, she was trying to say she wants me to trust her, but I can 'just google' (condescendingly) something.People deserve a provider who listens and takes accountability instead of doubling down on being right 'according to the notes.' Do not trust when they say they care for your wellbeing, but their actions say otherwise.
