Very angry that his decisions are subject to prior authorization processes, and refuses to put in the effort to get his own recommendations approved. Uses expensive testing in lieu of clinical judgement/experience and best practice. Brutally dismissive of actual patient needs when insurance puts up any obstacle to his recommendations. It's a shame he's allowed to practice this way but the office and hospital took no action in response to complaints, despite my entire extended family being patients for over 25 years of Albany medical center.
