Not great. Billed my daughter $250 for a covid test and we have BCBS FEP insurance. The woman in the front treats you like trash when you ask for an appointment. A lot of paperwork and hoops to jump through. I was told no they aren't taking new patients when actually they were. She makes it very difficult to communicate. The doctor was not great at communicating either and the appointment did feel rushed. I found a new provider after the second visit. Largely due to the big lady at the reception desk terrible attitude and Dr. Shiver seeming a little lackadaisical.
