I choose no sedation, when I possibly can. Now, those procedures that I have had done at the Pain Clinic usually hurt while they are being done. I think that it was an epidural, that he did on me. He made me feel so calm about it. He would rub something for pain on my lower back. I would tense up. I will never forget what he said to me,. Never. You are just getting a little anxious. Tru to calm down a little. It is just like running into a rose bush. It stings a little. That calmed me down a lot. He walked me to the procedure room, helped me on the cot, talked to me through the process, if it hurt some... He would say I am sorry. Then, he helped me up afterwards, and shook my hand. He calmed me down, a whole lot. He is number one, in my book. Whenever I have to have a procedure done, he is going to be my doctor, for the job. I cannot find the words to express how great he was to me. fantastic, at what he does, is the way that I will describe him. He gave me two shots, the next time that I saw him. Piece of cake, is an understatement. The next time that I have a procedure done there, he will be my doctor, without a doubt.
