I agree with the previous review about extremely poor bed side manner and soft skills. I went to Dr. Simpson for an implant on a front tooth and it failed TWO times. I don't know if it was incompetence on his part or just bad luck, but his indifference to the situation and lack of concern during this year-long process made an already horrible experience a complete nightmare. I also asked the office if there is an option for a full or partial refund since I was not able to get a successful implant, and they told me they would have an office manager contact me to discuss. Months later, I still haven't heard back, and each time I called the office during normal business hours, I've been sent to their voicemail. I know they have caller ID because I've called to confirm appointments in the past without having to provide my name. I just wanted to share my horrible experience with Dr. Simpson and this office in general so you can make an informed decision while searching for an oral surgeon.
