Not good 1st experience. Rushed appointment as if he just wanted to be paid. Someone came into room as he was talking to me without saying excuse me to get items for another patient. Lady at front desk was rude when I finished as I asked for clarity as to where to get x-rays done. The doctor complained that his x-ray machine did not work and he was waiting on Hospital to grt him a new one. Full of excuses. I work in theedical field and that office needs to shut down and get some customer service training and the physician needs to learn how to properly serve patients with needs and stop rushing, talking over and making excuses for his lack of being able to provide proper care for the money he receives from the patient's insurance. It is important to do the job pf serving the patient with care and communication ! I will NOT return. That was my first and LAST visit.
