It's not him it's his staff. My child has been coming here her entire life. Her dad didn't renew her insurance so I asked if he can call BEFORE our appointment and pay them whatever the max would be for a well check. They said no problem. I hung up with them and he immediately called them to pay and they said no. He can't pay it until after the visit. They mean until after it's been billed to me. Then they will call him even though that is not what we had just agreed to on the phone. Talked to the office manager and basically it would cause them extra work on the back end and it's too inconvenient to help. JUST like it was too inconvenient for them to send us ear drops when my baby had an ear infection when we were out of town last week. Imagine calling your LIFELONG DOCTOR SIMKO when you're out of town and begging for help with such a simple prescription only to end up in a CVS minute clinic during a pandemic. I can't help but to wonder if people who have children with less ethnic na
