Dr. Crandall actually spends time with you (@ 45 min-1st visit). He got to know me some and shared some of his life. It was apparent that he cared. Extra heartbeats brought me to him. Tests showed heart was OK but cholesterol was high. His sincere concern got be to reduce it where other doctors had failed. Great doctor, excellent credentials, good person. His office staff is friendly & highly efficient.
