This feedback review this dentist office as a whole.Their receptionist is not professional and with questionable clinical practices. For instance, receptionist would not allow patient to ask doctor when they have medical questions post visits, and attempted to answer medical questions on her own with a disclaimer that she was not a doctor. Well, what is the point of answering the medical question in the first place then?Secondly, the record retention practice of this office is also in question, per HIPPA law, medical offices are required to keep original and should send only copies of the records, but it seems they are also not update with that practice. In general, maybe the doctor himself is okay, but if a dental office cannot keep up with the applicable rules and regulations, I'd recommend to avoid this office.
