Dr James was attentive, caring, and gave us the second birth of our dreams after a first traumatic birth. She even held a bleed closed so that I could hold my daughter for the first time. She waited until my husband and I were finished meeting our daughter to address the nick in the placenta that can happen upon opening. Seeing as I hadn't had anything but the spinal up until that point, it is clear how gentle she is as it took 3 people doing handstands on me to control bleeding before I asked for any drugs or relief. We are considering a third baby and I am searching for Dr James as AMC closed and that is where her office was located. I absolutely recommend her from a former medical professional standpoint and from a former patient standpoint.
