Doctor's medical staff and office staff are rude and horrible to patient's. They have zero professional skills and treated us like we're bothering them. We are taking our mom who has dementia elsewhere for treatment. This place sucks. Hard to get appointments, staff cancels appointments without telling you, and then treats you rudely when you try to reschedule. We have insurance and money to pay for his services. Not sure what their problem is. He needs to retrain or hire new staff.
