I’m absolutely appalled and disappointed and disgusted with this office. No parent should have to jump through hoops to get their SICK child an appointment. Clearly they are understaffed but they also show no compassion or care of the well-being of their patients. Instead I was told to go to Urgent Care. Urgent care recommended I follow up with the pediatrician, so when I called to schedule a follow up they still REFUSED to schedule my son an appointment. Answering the phone with an attitude of “what’s going on” or “what’s the issue” when it’s the third time I have called because all I want is for my son to be seen by HIS DOCTOR. It really should NOT be that difficult. I called when they opened. Was told to call back at 8:30. Was told “that’s what we’re telling all the parents.” So I call back then... “No appointments are available.” So why didn’t you tell me that at 8 or schedule me one for another day or time!!?!? INSTEAD I have been giving the run around. All while my son has a fever and is crying in pain and I’m left helpless because his own DOCTORS office doesn’t want to help! Parents STAY clear. The rumors are true- this place has gone WAY down hill. Any positive things said about this office were from YEARS ago. They. Are. Terrible. And literally no help. Does my child need to be dying to be seen? probably still will be denied an appointment then too.
