Was a patient of Dr. Bansal for years and received a variety of procedures for various dermatological concerns. I will never forget the words that she said to me on my last visit. I asked a question about a specific issue and she responded to me in such a negative ( left the office in tears) manner that I never returned again. Doctors receive years and years of medical training but in this case it did not make a difference! Sensitivity training to a long- time patient would have helped! That day she lost a patient forever!
