On the several occasions I've seen her, I've finally resolved that she is just not very good. You can't ask too many questions; otherwise, she can turn into a very defensive bully and say absurd things like insisting that you NEED to see a specialist within the Baylor Scott and White network, that it's totally normal that BSW not have any doctors in a very popular specialty (that shall remain nameless for fear of retribution) in the Austin area and that even though I live in San Marcos...that her referring me to see a specialist in Round Rock is totally normal and that I shouldn't be complaining that it's so far. I need to find another doctor.
