I visited Dr. Hsiao after referral from my dentist and a very careful research on her credential, experience and customer review, which I don't normally do. Dr. Hsiao certainly have impressed me way exceeding my expectations, in my multiple office visits and procedures, with her care, skill and communications. When i had to call her post-ops, she was there for me, instructed me what to do and put my mind at ease. She offers thoughtful options, with my well-being front and center. Her staffs, Sam and others in the office, are very nice and professional. I felt lucky to have found such quality healthcare services in our area. Strongly recommend Dr. Hsiao and her services.
