This doctor is infuriating. I needed gallbladder surgery desperately for many years, she yelled at me that she had already put three referrals in the system and couldn't make anybody call me. I ended up telling her to refer me out to SRMC general surgery and had the gallbladder removal a week and a half after she wrote the the external referral. She literally yelled at me when I told her nobody from Lovelace referrals was calling me back to schedule me for surgery. She yelled at me that she couldn't Force anybody to pick up the phone and call me, yet I have had other Lovelace doctors pick up the phone and make a call on my behalf or have their medical assistants do it countless times. The hardest and stupidest part about all of it is that Lovelace will not let you change a specialty doctor once you are established with one, no matter how poorly and horribly they treat you or how long they ignore you. She won't respond to any of my emails through the doctor/patient portal, like my other 10 Lovelace doctors do. She just doesn't seem to want to do her job at all where I am concerned. My husband has to get a colonoscopy, recently ordered by his PCP. My husband found out Dr. Enyinna was going to be doing the actual procedure and immediately reschedule with another doctor. He has witnessed her mistreatment of me over and over whilst I'm sitting there vomiting in her office month after month, with months of records from the Lovelace emergency department of me being so dehydrated from the amount of vomiting to the point I had to get a port put in my chest because they can't get IV access anywhere in my body from all the trauma and scaring of my veins from severe dehydration & vomiting. Avoid her at all costs if you genuinely need good gastro Medical Care. She doesn't care and makes it impossible to communicate with her. If you need a general surgeon, Sandoval Regional Medical Center is a much nicer group of people. They got me into consult the next day and surgery within a week and a half later after i got a 4th referral from her.
