Patient Reviews
Nov 08, 2023
I waited eight months before doing this review to give this Dr. Kim the benefit of the doubt. I had L3-4 L4-5 LLIF MIS and TLIF done by him. Dr. Kim told me I would walk out the next day, I did not was there 5 days completely numb from the waist down, My ankles are tight it feel like shackles, all he kept saying was hang in there it would get better. He never gave me any proper post op care it was always his Physicians assistant. I had MRI done a month later after ending up in the emergency room, he received it and according to him reviewed it, I read the report and it doesn't take a genius to comprehend what it said, it was bad! he denied it and said his surgery was perfect its all inflammation, I shouldn't listen to those reports. Fast track til now I am partially paralyzed weakness in my legs still numb I told him I was having sexual disfunction also rectal he did not care I insisted on another MRI two months ago, when I ask his PA she lied saying everything looks good. Well everything is not good!!! I finally went to a second opinion and I need another surgery to try and fix his damage, Dr. Kim went through my hip and it's never been the same. I have loose screws and a floating disc that he put in unstable which left undone will never fuse. I see he has so many good review and that's why I chose him unfortunately I regret it. I am writing this review to warn people out there of the risk you are taking when putting your like in this Drs. hands.
