Dr. Glaser has always been great with me as a patient he is very attentive and listens. However, the staff there has failed me horribly. My OB Dr. Wanted me evaluated by him for a fever while I was 12 weeks pregnant, and the manager would not let her staff when asked get me in for an appointment until two days later. As we all know high fevers can cause some very major issues with pregnancy esp. early on. It took me four phone calls to get someone to answer and then the receptionist had to 'Ask her boss' and told me two days later is all they could do. Even worse... I work for Medstar for about 10 years now.
