DOS: 1/31/24They took our money but the receipt had the wrong name. I am unable to resolve this because I cannot contact this office so communication is only 1-way. I am either put on hold forever or transferred to another phone and put on hold again. The call eventually dial tones. I’m hoping they will make contact to resolve this.
