I switched to Dr. Krol after receiving a glowing recommendation from my endocrinologist, who described her as “the Rolls Royce of doctors”. I thought that was odd when he said it, but he was not wrong. The difference in attentiveness is simply startling, like night and day. Dr. Krol is a rarity amongst doctors in my experience, in that she listens and learns thoroughly, and engages in a way that all doctors should, but very few actually do. From my very first appointment I felt like I really mattered, rather than just being another patient on a conveyor belt. Dr. Krol followed up with me promptly and thoroughly, and I’ve engaged with her in discussions via the patient portal in a way that I’ve never experienced before. I would recommend Dr. Krol in a heartbeat. I’m so very happy to have found her. She is truly one of the best doctors I’ve ever had the privilege to meet. I’m absolutely sure that all of her current and future patients will feel that way too! She’s incredible actually!
