I receive testosterone replacement through the clinic and visit the office every 6 months. During this last cycle I called and had to change my appointment, but the office could not get me an appointment for 6 weeks past my initially scheduled date and when my pharmacy called to get the prescription refilled the office refused. As you might imagine, that did not sit well. Many times these things go on and the physician is unaware of what is happening with his practice so I decided to tell him during my visit. I started out by telling him that I was not happy with the recent situation and told him about the events. Told him that I would rather let him know, in person, about issues I felt were present in his practice before making a negative review. He told me “I don’t give a sh*t about google reviews”. I asked him to clarify if that meant he didn’t care about patient satisfaction?
