Don't waste your time. A ruptured disk with nerve completely impinged causing loss of leg. He told my disability company I had no limitations or restrictions and should work full time. Such a joke.

Well it’s obvious that “Dr” Heck works for the insurance companies. He saw me as an IME and was in the room for 17 minutes (I videoed the exam). And now he says I can go back to work “full duty” when other doctors say “no”. So much for integrity and his oath.
