My review is based on my experiences with Dr. Hess' office, not him, because in spite of 3 appts scheduled, I was never allowed to see him. The first time he was out of the office & not coming back for months, which his staff tried to hide. When I arrived I was told I'd foot injections were not available because of needle 'supply chain problems.' In truth, they couldn't give injections because they did not have an M.D. on staff to do the injections. This time again I could only see a PA who told me Dr. Hess didn't do foot injections, but that she would refer me, & that I would need another appt. for back injections with Dr. Hess, so I made that appt., but it was canceled for a couple different non-reasons. Office is totally screwed up, both untruthful & confused, only to blame the patient. Then refused to make referral for foot injections, though they had the records they needed & claimed they did not have. Dr. Hess may be good, but I do not know anything but that staff is awful.
