I’m back for anther foot issue. As before Dr. Formanek was very attentive and efficient. He discribed his plan with surgery and I had complete confidence in his skills. Surgery went well and I proceed with healing. From greetings from the office manager to Dr Formanek’s doctor assistants, everyone was professional and caring. I especially enjoyed the doctors enthusiasm in his work and personality. I truly recommend his attention to accuracy and care.
