I first meet Dr. Carls in the E.R. with stomach pain. He listened to me and explained to me what was going on and what could be done to help fix the problem. I ended up having surgery and all along the way he was explaining everything that would happen and made the whole situation less scary. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a new doctor.
