Dr. Chen is what we want all our doctors to be: Open, sensitive, respectful, and -- above all -- competent. This guy is a fabulous doctor for any hand-related ailment. I saw him for a badly broken finger which required surgery, and then again for a torn thumb ligament. He's terrific!
