Dr Chu was condescending and accusatory in his delivery of information. He seemed more focused on ending the appointment vs answering our questions. We came in calm and open to discuss his assessment of our child’s condition. However, we’re extremely disappointed to listen to him read off a prior dr’s notes without bothering to address any concerns we had.
