Dr McIntosh was amazing with my 2 y/o son when we brought him in for ankle pain. He was very personable, polite and friendly. He introduced himself to both my mom and myself, took care to know our names and spoke to us calmly and without pompousness that some ER doctors can have. He even apologized for our 15 minute wait which was much shorter than it could have been and absolutely wasn’t an issue. It was nice to see he genuinely cares about his patients and their comfort. My son wasn’t nervous at all with his gentleness and he didn’t over-test/medicate just for the sake of “treatment” to be able to move on to the next patient.
