My rating of 3 is not based upon the quality of care as that is top notch, and I would rate that as a 5. The 3 is based upon the bills received are not what I was told my out of pocket expense would be. This happened a few times. Part of t g e problem is the office only accepts 2 insurances. My insurance is not one of them. When I receive the estimate for the procedure and the breakdown from my insurance company they are both lower than what I am eventually billed. I have decided to find a provider within my insurance company's network. Again, quality of care and professionalism are great.
