For four days straight last week I have called this office to speak to my PCP's nurse about something that I needed and I have not gotten a phone call back as of yet. Also when the receptionist answers the call, they transfer my call to the nurse and all I get is a voicemail. I left two messages and I still didn't get a call back out of the four days that I have called.
