keep in mind paper work was sent 117 doctors says he just recieved it friday 124 and hes upset with me because of his staff 'very kind and friendly staff Nicole Goodman is very kind cares about her patients the only reason i would give this location 2 stars is because my past doctor christopher shrock i was trying to simply ask for my doctor medical opinion what im seeing him for so i can have record and provide to my employer he then called clearly frustrated and upset an accused me of missing an appointment where we would discuss this which did not happen i was never scheduled for an appointment to discuss this opinion statement as i was told by Nicole L we may need to schedule one i had a medical procedure to remove an absess and i was taking a antibiotic where i wouldnt be able to do the procedure with dr shrock according to nicole l so she rescheduled me my doctor because of miscommunication with his staff basically accused me of being derogatory for asking for his medical opinion
