I am a military veteran and have a VA-issued medical waiver exempting me from wearing a mask due to documented breathing complications. Despite this, the doctor was condescending and dismissive, stating that he had patients “who were actually sick.” He refused to review my military or VA medical records, even though I offered to provide them. After I informed him that I intended to report his unprofessional conduct, he wrote an aftercare report that contained numerous inaccuracies.
