Dr. Finnila is a great doctor who spends time with his patients, so it pains me to leave this review, but it seems to be my only option now. My annual check up with Dr. Finnila was exactly 2 months ago, and I still don't know what my lab results were. I have called his office about 6 times and his secretary (who is extremely rude) refuses to give me any information. She just says my results "are in his office". She can't explain why I don't yet have them. She refuses to have him call me. She seems to think it's completely normal to take more than 2 months to send someone their results. The lack of communication is appalling and unacceptable. The office clearly needs to hire some more competent staff.
