I had to speak with Dr Aaron while he was on call and I called for my son. When he called I answered but no one was on the line, somehow it went to my voicemail and he left a rude message. Then I spoke with him and he talked down to me, not knowing I am a healthcare professional myself. He spoke to me as if I were below him, and like I didn’t know my own son or anything about medicine. He also did not help my sons problem and I had to call one of the physicians I work with on a Saturday to help my son and get his medication changed.
