My mother was a patient. WAS being the operative word. We couldn't reach him for appointments, prescriptions or billing errors. We tried. Her primary tried. Her pharmacist tried. And even her new urologist tried. One her last two visits they demanded a copay, or she couldn't be seen. On top of Medicare, she is CHAMPVA, which means NO copay at all. They refused to refund her payment, even lied about billings to CHAMPVA, and once tried to make some idiot claim that it had been bought out. It's a federal program. Seriously? So, since they refuse to he professional in any sense of the word, we will notify the State Board.
