Dr. Lau was one of the most unprofessional doctors I’ve ever encountered. He seemed completely disinterested in treating patients and responded to concerns in a way that felt mocking and dismissive. It’s unacceptable for anyone in healthcare to show such little respect or compassion. I’ve experienced more courtesy and empathy from people outside of medicine - and I work in health care. He should seriously reconsider whether this profession is right for him. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for a doctor who listens and treats patients with respect. He definitely did not want to heal or treat any human or living being.
