Dr Jadoo and especially her staff care less about patients and more on making money and run it like a business. MERCEDES AND LIZ ARE HORRIBLE PEOPLE! I waited 45 min and Mercedes and liz never told her. They marked me as a no show while i waited 45 min. At this point MERCEDES and LIZ thought it was funny and proceeded to escalate this huge inconvenience into an uncomfortable situation for me. Now im being harassed by text and being hung up on several times that they wont send me my file and wont send paperwork needed to leave this practice. Practice is what they need retraining would be appropriate and reprimanding. I was harrassed one last time to tell me I will be receiving a letter im not welcome anymore. Folks stay away from this business not Dr office. They DONT CARE OR ARE WILLING TO RECTIFY THERE POOR OFFICE PRACTICE. Dr Jadoo should know about this. Read the reviews folks. Numerous negative complaints about how staff treat people. Im sure you will find MERCEDES and LIZ.
