My son was apparently showing high blood sugar, prediabetes, but Childress didn't bother to mention it to us and I don't see that information put in any of his printed paperwork. Childress didn't verbalize the important information to me nor my son, so he ended up with full-blown diabetes that could have been prevented if only we had been TOLD he was at risk. They expect you to log in and read comments online, but we had tried many times to get into the online system and were never able to, so we had to rely only on what lax information which is given in person - none. We went for a checkup, not told, then when we finally went back for another checkup my son said he had some symptoms and feared his blood sugar might be a bit elevated and Childress said, 'oh it was up last time you were here', too late. Do not assume everyone can get into the online system and read any notes or test results, TELL THEM!
