Patient Reviews
Jan 31, 2024
Dr. Cox seemed rushed. He didnt review my son's medical history. He asked a few brisk questions regarding when my son's lymph nodes began swelling (3 months prior, with no associated illness), but didn't ask any follow up or in depth questions. We were referred to his office for a follow up biopsy after an ultrasound. When i asked about it he became defensive and spoke in a rude tone. His examination took less than 2 minutes total and said to come back in two weeks for a recheck after prescribing an antibiotic for a non-existent infection. The only reason he is receiving 2 stars is because he is a board certifed Dr. His bedside manner is absolutely horrendous. A side note-the front desk staff could be heard talking loudly about another patients insurance denial and and cautioning a Dr. about getting cash payment before the surgery. Not cool putting a patients financial situation on blast for the entire office to hear.
