The visit with Dr. Garcia was fine, nothing excellent but it felt comprehensive. However, the office does no follow-up to check up on patients and is completely unresponsive to questions sent through MyChart. The only way to get through is to call, and then the you speak to a receptionist who is just going to send her a message. If I really need something (even simple things like a prescription refill), I would have to make an appointment which costs time and money. I have had several different primary doctors from moving to different states, and thought Baptist would be the best in South Florida. I understand the office is busy, but I expected higher quality care from them and wouldn't choose them for my primary care given the unresponsiveness.
