Mom had appointment at 9:30 am wasn't seen until 1:30 pm. All these patients kept going in to see doc while my 92 year old mother sat and sat in the waiting area. Totally unacceptable, unprofessional. This is a systemic problem. Happens frequently. Hands tied to insurrance options.
