Make sure you are ready and willing to pay whether you receive a service or not. They could care less about wasting your time. I made an appointment that is essential for an upcoming surgery clearance. When I got there, they claimed I owed money for a service they NEVER provided. Of course that was never mentioned when I made the appointment. I am also a professional and they made me waste essential weeks. When I asked to speak to the doctor, they refused unless I paid in full up front for the services they never provided. (This is after I paid thousands of dollars for months of vitamins and weigh ins.) Similarly, the doctor spent months refusing to give my doctor a medically necessary script she had already given as the PCP unless we continued to pay hundreds of dollars. It's very unfortunate because they can be very nice, but its a scam. So RUN!
