Terrible experience. Emerson is Incompetent, Untruthful, Cruel. Never in my life could I imagine being told that someone you hire to do something specific will finally admit that he was doing the opposite and refuse to remove the wire. He would say a tooth will go forward, and it would go backward. My front top teeth had bowed in, and he was hired to bow them out with a $10,000 fee. My insurance took care of most of this. He twisted my front teeth, bowed them inward, then outward to the sides, made one longer, then the other longer, and out and in, making the teeth so loose they barely stay in my mouth. Left me looking like an old lady with no dentures and a compromised airway, and bite lopsided and uncomfortable, painful TMJ, and a mess I have to somehow try to fix. Then he does trick photography to show a good result, forcing the jaw backward and sideways, looks good for picture only. It hurts taking off the brackets. On the bright side, he polishes the teeth well.
