Dr. Shaw is great. His receptionists are AWFUL. They’re rude. They were rude to my son when he was scared of the doctor (he was terrified). They were rude to my wife on multiple occasions. Just not nice. It’s too bad. Dr. Shaw is nice and good. We switched doctors because of the receptionists. We’re having issues getting them to send shot records to our new doctor.
