His office staff are wonderful. His NP is fantastic. They are caring and absolutely some of the most caring and compassionate staff I've met. Dr Atkins has cut on my mom's arm FOUR x and it's in worse shape than ever. We are now in St Joe for a 5th procedure with a different doctor who said he doubts he can help at this point. I wish I could upload pictures to show her very swollen, bruised arm that is filled with blood clots! He will never touch her again. He needs to be reviewed and disciplined by the board as well as the OIG. Not to mention, he has the bedside manner of a wet mop. He doesn't bother to come after surgery to tell you how things went and only 2 out of the 4x has he bothered to come by beforehand. Even then, he's rushed and you feel as though you're bothering him by asking a question. Uncaring, unfeeling and in dire need of training. 39 years of ego and incompetence is long enough, it's time to retire.
